About this class: Burn fat and tone your body with this one-hour intense class. Ballet infused fitness mixed with pilates, strength and flexibility training. First part of class is intense and your muscles will be burning but that will get your body to transform and sculpt. Second part will be lighter, with stretching and pilates. Finish class with high density foam rollers that are proved to ease the muscle pain, increase range of motion, reduce appearance of cellulite, relieve back pain and help you to relax.
All Levels:
No experience required.
Footwear:
Pilates/Barre Fitness shoes, Non-slip socks or Ballet/Jazz Shoes. Bare feet acceptable.
Attire:
Form fitting, stretch clothing you can sweat in
Registration Info:
Drop-in based only, student can attend them at their own paste.
