Stretching & Techniques for Dancers

About this class: Very important class for all dancers- it will sculpt and stretch your body, improve your dance techniques and teach you basics of acro. Work on your turns, jumps, splits, back bands, cartwheels, walkovers, head/arm stands and ballet/jazz techniques- everything that you need to become a more qualified dancer. Get ready to walk out of class soaking wet.

All Levels:

1-2 years of dance experience is recommended.

Footwear:

Ballet or Jazz Shoes. Bare feet or non-slip socks are acceptable.

Attire:

Form fitting, stretch clothing you can sweat in.

Registration Info:

Only being offered as a Term-based class and students are encouraged to register before the beginning of each Term. However, student are welcomed to join in the middle of the term as well and the fees will be prorated.
