About this class: A must class for everyone- no matter, whether you are an experienced dancer or never danced before. Class is focused on deeply stretching the body from head to toes. This is a great way to loosen tight muscles, improve circulation, relax and feel better, improving range of motion and reducing pain. During the class we’ll use different types of elastic bands, yoga blocks and high density foam rollers (everything is provided) that are proved to ease the muscle pain, increase range of motion, reduce appearance of cellulite, relieve back pain and help you to relax. Students who take this class regularly report fewer injuries, improved sleep, and reduced aches and pains.  

All Levels:

No experience required. 

Footwear:

Bare feet, non-slip socks or Ballet shoes

Attire:

Form fitting, stretch clothing and layers to keep your muscles warm.

Registration Info:

Adults and Teens classes are drop-in only and student can attend them at their own paste.
