Cancelation Policy

SEASON PROGRAMS: Students can withdraw from the program and get refund, less the classes already attended. Registration fee of $50 is not refundable.

ADULTS SESSIONS: cancel 7 days or more before the beginning of the 1st class to get a full refund; non-refundable if cancelled 6 days or less prior to the start date of the session.

No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes. All fees paid for costumes, performances or competitions are not refundable.

DAY CAMPS: cancel 30 days or more before the beginning of the camp to get full refund, less the camp deposit; 50% refund if cancelled 15 to 30 days prior to the start date; non-refundable if cancelled 14 days or less prior to the start date of the program. $40 camp deposit is not refundable.

OVERNIGHT CAMP:

Before January 1 – get full refund of all fees less a $50 cancellation fee (per camper).
January 1 to March 1  2023 - full refund of all fees less a $100 cancellation fee (per camper).
March 1 to May 1 2023 – full refund of all fees less a $150 cancellation fee (per camper).
After May 1 2023 – fees are non-refundable.

NO refund will be made for dismissals due to disciplinary actions, for late arrivals, or for early departures.

Payment options

We accept the following methods of payment: E-Transfer, Cash, Cheques, Credit cards (online only).
Enrollment for Auto-Pay is required for some programs, i.e. Adults Sessions. If you do not wish to enroll in Auto-Pay,  please contact us by email to process your registration manually.

CREDIT CARD: online payment only though Student Account

E-TRANSFER: send to info@schoolofmoderndance.com. All E-transfers must include Student Name and Class details in the transfer Notes section.

CASH: exact amount only in an envelope with student name, class details, date and amount written on it.

CHEQUES: all cheques should be made payable to "School of Modern Dance"
