RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS - September through June: Students may withdraw with two weeks’ written notice via email. A refund will be issued, less the cost of classes already attended. Registration fee is non-refundable. After March 1, refunds are issued as studio credit only.

COMPETITIVE PROGRAM(s): Students may withdraw within the first four weeks of the season (September start) with written notice via email. A refund will be issued, less the cost of classes already attended. Registration fees, dance intensive fees, competition fees, and costume fees are non-refundable.

ADULTS SESSIONS: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the first class are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable. Trial sessions are non-refundable.

DANCE WORKSHOPS: All workshop fees are non-refundable.

SPRING/SUMMER CLASSES: Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the class date, will receive a 100% refund; cancellations made in less than 14 days of the class date will incur a 2 weeks charge. If you need to withdraw from the class in the middle of the summer, please send us 2 weeks written notice via email to get a refund less the classes already attended.

DAY CAMPS: cancel 30 days or more before the beginning of the camp to get full refund, less the camp deposit; 50% refund if cancelled 15 to 30 days prior to the start date; non-refundable if cancelled 14 days or less prior to the start date of the program. $40 camp deposit is not refundable.

SLEEPAWAY CAMP:

Before January 1 – get full refund of all fees less a $50 cancellation fee
January 1 to March 1 - full refund of all fees less a $100 cancellation fee
March 1 to May 1 – full refund of all fees less a $150 cancellation fee
May 1 to June 30 - get 50% of the camp fee refunded
After July 1 – fees are non-refundable.
