About

Session are mainly designed for adults, but some will fit teens as well. Short-lived programs offered throughout the school year (usually 6 to 8 weeks long). HEELS

HEELS

Improve and enjoy your confidence, sensuality and sexuality. During sessions we will be working on a routine, not only learning the steps but also focusing on the lines and character. You will learn how to work with camera and get a chance to be a part of video at the end of session.

Class will begin with a warm up with no heels, preparing the body for choreography done in heels. 

Footwear (your ideal heels):

  • comfortable
  • choose heel height according to your dance experience
  • thin sole or flexible material
  • supported ankle
  • thin heel
  • open toe
  • type of shoes - ankle boots

Attire:

  • Knee pads
  • Form fitting, comfortable, stretch clothes that makes you feel sexy, preferably black.

Barre Fitness

Barre-Fitness

Burn fat and tone your body with this one-hour intense class. Ballet infused fitness mixed with pilates, strength and flexibility training. First part of class is intense and your muscles will be burning but that will get your body to transform and sculpt. Second part will be lighter, with stretching and pilates. Finish class with high density foam rollers that are proved to ease the muscle pain, increase range of motion, reduce appearance of cellulite, relieve back pain and help you to relax.

Footwear: Bare feet or non-slip socks

Learn the dance moves for the most popular social sharing platform - TikTok. In this is 30-min class, students will be able to learn new routines and record it.

Stretching

Stretching

A must class for everyone- no matter, whether you are an experienced dancer or never danced before. Class is focused on deep stretch of the body from head to toes. This is a great way to loosen tight muscles, improve circulation, relax and feel better, improving range of motion and reducing pain. During the class we’ll use different types of elastic bands, yoga blocks and high density foam rollers that are proved to ease the muscle pain, increase range of motion, reduce appearance of cellulite, relieve back pain and help you to relax. Students who take this class regularly report fewer injuries, improved sleep, and reduced aches and pains.

Femme Choreo

Femme Choreo

It’s a class for all divas out there. Dance to Britney Spears, Beyoncé, Christina Aguilera, Ciara and your other favorite artists. A mixture of Jazz Funk, Vogue, Waacking and Femme Hip Hop- it can be sassy, feminine, soft or aggressive, allowing you to express your inner diva to the music!

Footwear: Clean indoor running shoes/ sneakers.  No outdoor shoes will be permitted in the dance studio

A Pilates infused class that will sculp your body and tone your muscles. Most of the exercises are done slowly but you feel the result after. Intensity - Medium.

The class is taught by "World of dance" fitness instructor, Pilates, high intensity aerobics instructor and gymnastics coach- Sherazade Miami.

Chair-Workout

Chair-Workout

Using a chair exercise routine can help you get fit, increase circulation and flexibility. They can also strengthen postural and mobilization muscles. A chair can be used to stretch safely with less risk of losing your balance and can easily be moved or stored. This routine is ideal for small spaces and will teach you how to train your body without bulky fitness equipment.

Belly Dance/Oriental

Fitball Pilates

Created by Sherazade Mami throughout her experience in many companies around the middle east. This style of dance is an amalgam of folk disciplines, afro/tribal along with the oriental identity of the belly dancing. It is a beautiful and unique dance expression that is both fluid and energetic in its graceful art form that focuses on the feminine beauty, arms and body waves, making the ladies feel and look great and elegant in their own skins.
