Improve and enjoy your confidence, sensuality and sexuality. During sessions we will be working on a routine, not only learning the steps but also focusing on the lines and character. You will learn how to work with camera and get a chance to be a part of video at the end of session.
Class will begin with a warm up with no heels, preparing the body for choreography done in heels.
Footwear (your ideal heels):
- comfortable
- choose heel height according to your dance experience
- thin sole or flexible material
- supported ankle

- type of shoes - ankle boots
Attire:
- Knee pads
- Form fitting, comfortable, stretch clothes that makes you feel sexy, preferably black.
A must class for everyone- no matter, whether you are an experienced dancer or never danced before. Class is focused on deep stretch of the body from head to toes. This is a great way to loosen tight muscles, improve circulation, relax and feel better, improving range of motion and reducing pain. During the class we’ll use different types of elastic bands, yoga blocks and high density foam rollers that are proved to ease the muscle pain, increase range of motion, reduce appearance of cellulite, relieve back pain and help you to relax. Students who take this class regularly report fewer injuries, improved sleep, and reduced aches and pains.
Footwear: Bare feet or non-slip socks
Attire: Form fitting, stretch clothing you can sweat in
It’s a class for all divas out there. Dance to Britney Spears, Beyoncé, Christina Aguilera, Ciara and your other favorite artists. A mixture of Jazz Funk, Vogue, Waacking and Femme Hip Hop- it can be sassy, feminine, soft or aggressive, allowing you to express your inner diva to the music!
Footwear: Clean indoor running shoes/ sneakers. No outdoor shoes will be permitted in the dance studio
Attire: Comfortable, stretch clothes you can sweat in
