Below is the final order of performances as they will appear during the actual Year-End Showcase. Each class is listed with their corresponding costume details, hair style and makeup.

All dancers must arrive fully dressed in their first performance costume, with hair and makeup already done. Dancers performing in multiple routines should bring all additional costumes, organized in the order of performance.

All Competitive group dances (kids and adults) perform in both shows. Recreational classes, Adult sessions and Solo/Duet/Trio will perform in one show only!

All seats are pre-assigned and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Dancers participating in the show do not need to buy a separate ticket as they will be mainly backstage. However, if they want to watch the show from the theatre seat—and are not performing in it—they must purchase a ticket.

Kailash Mital Theatre Parking (P-1)

The recital showcase will be professionally recorded, with a separate photographer capturing all dances on stage. We will do our best to provide a minimum of 3 images for each dance featuring all dancers, along with the full video of the recital recorded as a single file containing the entire show.

Media package (photo and video): $45.

To order send an e-transfer to info@schoolofmoderndance.com (include the student's name and which show you are looking for in comments (show #1 or show #2)). If you are in both shows- we will provide the media package for both shows - just include both shows in comments.

Our Stage Rehearsal is on Thursday, MAY 29^th at the Kailash Mital Theatre. It very important that ALL DANCERS ATTEND and are wearing ALL BLACK! Failure to attend may result in the dancer dismissal from participating in the recital.

STAGE REHEARSAL ARRIVAL TIMES

Parents will not be allowed to wait inside the theatre while their kids are rehearsing, except with the Toddler classes (Rising Stars groups are optional). One of our teachers or volunteers will be waiting inside the Kailash Mital theatre lobby (by the entrance) at your scheduled ARRIVAL TIME to sign all class groups 13 & younger and take the dancers to their place. Older groups - Teens and Adults to enter the theatre and find their classes (Adult classes will be sitting in the middle, Teens - on the right).

Be on time! Remember to arrive ready to dance. If you need extra time for anything- arrive early. Time indicated for your class is the time when you have to be ready to go on stage.

Rehearsal Dress Code, Makeup & Hair Guidelines
- Please wear all black. (Costumes will not be used during rehearsal.)
- Bring and wear the same dance shoes you will use in the Recital.
- Hair should be done as per Recital hairstyle. (if you have multiple hairstyles in multiple dances- choose one hairstyle)
- Makeup is optional, but please note that photos may be taken during the rehearsal.
- Bring a water bottle and dry snacks. Note: No eating is allowed inside the theater — water only.
- Feel free to bring quiet entertainment (e.g., books, coloring pages, games) for downtime while waiting.

Consider extra time for traffic, parking, finding the theatre (it is a bit tricky), etc. It is extremely important to be ready for dancing at your scheduled time so the dancer(s) do not miss their stage time.
