Try our Adult Sessions, which accommodate anyone's busy schedule by offering short-term programs lasting between 6 to 13 weeks. Register for one or more programs to try different styles. Each session is independent of the next, offering the opportunity to learn a new choreography every session. Our adult classes continue throughout the dance season from September to June, with new session dates constantly being added
NO REGISTRATION FEE! CLASS TRIALS ARE $20 + HST.
All dancers will have an option to perform at our year-end showcase in June, 2025

Explore the beauty of ballet as you learn essential techniques, including ballet barre, center work, parterre, and other aces of ballet. Throughout the year, students will work on choreography in preparation for our year-end recital.

Improve and enjoy your confidence, sensuality and sexuality. During sessions we will be working on a routine, not only learning the steps but also focusing on the lines and character. You will learn how to work with camera and get a chance to be a part of video in some of the sessions throughout the year.
Class will begin with a warm up with no heels, preparing the body for choreography done in heels.
Dancers will have an option to perform at the Year-end Showcase in June.

Is performed to music that inspires movements to express strong emotions the choreographer feels from the chosen s0ng. The style concentrates on individual approach, feelings and energy flow. An emphasis is placed on grace and fluidity, musicality and expressiveness to capture emotions through the movement.
Dancers will have an option to perform at the Year-end Showcase in June.

Burn fat and tone your body with this one-hour intense class. Ballet infused fitness mixed with pilates, strength and flexibility training. First part of class is intense and your muscles will be burning but that will get your body to transform and sculpt. Second part will be lighter, with stretching and pilates. Finish class with high density foam rollers that are proved to ease the muscle pain, increase range of motion, reduce appearance of cellulite, relieve back pain and help you to relax.

A must class for everyone- no matter, whether you are an experienced dancer or never danced before. Class is focused on deep stretch of the body from head to toes. This is a great way to loosen tight muscles, improve circulation, relax and feel better, improving range of motion and reducing pain. During the class we’ll use different types of elastic bands, yoga blocks and high density foam rollers that are proved to ease the muscle pain, increase range of motion, reduce appearance of cellulite, relieve back pain and help you to relax. Students who take this class regularly report fewer injuries, improved sleep, and reduced aches and pains.

It’s a class for all divas out there. Dance to Britney Spears, Beyoncé, Christina Aguilera, Ciara and your other favorite artists. A mixture of Jazz Funk, Vogue, Waacking and Femme Hip Hop- it can be sassy, feminine, soft or aggressive, allowing you to express your inner diva to the music!
Dancers will have an option to perform at the Year-end Showcase in June.
Footwear: Clean indoor running shoes/ sneakers. No outdoor shoes will be permitted in the dance studio

Dancehall Vibes
Developed in the dance halls of Jamaica, at parties and nightclubs, Dancehall is highly energetic dance style with the strong focus of moving the hips and upper body. It is very groovy and is all about having fun, feeling free, vibing to the music and having a party. During the classes get ready for the energetic fun vibe where everyone can feel free to dance and show off however they wish.
Dancers will have an option to perform at the Year-end Showcase in June.

This style of dance is an amalgam of folk disciplines, afro/tribal along with the oriental identity of the belly dancing. It is a beautiful and unique dance expression that is both fluid and energetic in its graceful art form that focuses on the feminine beauty, arms and body waves, making the ladies feel and look great and elegant in their own skins.
Dancers will have an option to perform at the Year-end Showcase in June.
